Dr. Kathryn DeLonga is a clinical psychologist licensed to practice in DC (PSY1001045) and Maryland (05935). She is former Director of Psychological Treatment for the Mood Brain & Development Unit at the National Institute of Mental Health and founder of Results Mental Health, LLC. She completed her postdoctoral fellowship at the San Francisco Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center and her predoctoral internship at Denver Health Medical Center. Dr. DeLonga completed her doctorate in clinical psychology at the PGSP-Stanford Psy.D. Consortium and her undergraduate degree at Princeton University.

Dr. DeLonga specializes in the treatment of depression and anxiety (e.g., panic attacks, social anxiety, obsessions and compulsions, specific phobias, chronic worry). She works with adolescent, young adult and adult clients and provides cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatments, and is available for parent coaching. Dr. DeLonga enjoys providing supervision and consultation to clinicians in the community.
