Dr. DeLonga specializes in the treatment of anxiety and depression with adolescent, young adult and adult clients through the use of cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatments, and is available for parent coaching. Dr. DeLonga enjoys providing supervision and consultation to clinicians in the community.

ABOUT: Dr. DeLonga is a Clinical Psychologist licensed to practice in DC (PSY1001045), Maryland (05935) and PSYPACT participating states. She is former Director of Psychological Treatment for the Mood Brain & Development Unit at National Institute of Mental Health at the NIH in Bethesda, Maryland. Dr. DeLonga completed her postdoctoral fellowship at the San Francisco Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center and predoctoral internship at Denver Health Medical Center. She completed her master’s level clinical training at Stanford Medicine Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Santa Clara University Counseling and Psychological Services, and VA Palo Alto Medical Center in Menlo Park. Dr. DeLonga earned her doctorate and master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology from the PGSP-Stanford Psy.D. Consortium, her undergraduate degree from Princeton University, and is a graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology.
